We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.

We are looking for an intern who will support the Executive Assistant of our CEO in all organizational tasks. He/she supports the calendar & travel management and helps to prepare documents & meetings.

With this internship, the intern will get an overview in the various fields and departments of an international company.

Your daily tasks

  • Support in the calendar management
  • Help to plan and organize business trips
  • Support the organization of internal events, meetings and presentations
  • Help writing texts and prepare translations
  • Support in various projects

Profile

  • High school degree or university student in economics, languages or a similar field
  • Excellent German skills, very good knowledge of the Italian and English language
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion
