Die Oberalp-Gruppe ist ein managementgeführtes Familienunternehmen - ein Markenhaus, das hochwertige technische Bergsportprodukte herstellt.Wir haben 6 eigene Marken: Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv und LaMunt.Als Exklusivpartner anderer Marken im Sportbereich bieten wir unser gesamtes Know-how in Kommunikation, Verkauf und Imagebildung an.Wir sind ein Team von über **** Mitarbeitern in 11 Ländern weltweit - eine Gruppe von Abenteurern und Träumern, Bergsteigern, die auf der Suche nach ihrem nächsten Gipfel sind.Wir suchen eine/n Praktikant/in, der/die unsere Executive Assistant des CEOs bei allen organisatorischen Aufgaben unterstützt.Er/sie unterstützt das Kalender- und Reisemanagement und hilft bei der Vorbereitung von Dokumenten und Meetings.Mit diesem Praktikum erhälst du einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Bereiche und Abteilungen eines internationalen Unternehmens.Deine AufgabenUnterstützung beim KalendermanagementHilfe bei der Planung und Organisation von GeschäftsreisenUnterstützung bei der Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen, Meetings und PräsentationenMithilfe beim Verfassen von Texten und Vorbereiten von ÜbersetzungenUnterstützung bei verschiedenen ProjektenProfilAbitur oder Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sprachen oder eines ähnlichen BereichsAusgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen und englischen SpracheHands-on-MentalitätGute organisatorische FähigkeitenGute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Hohe DiskretionArbeitsort: Bozen, ITWenn du daran interessiert bist in einem anspruchsvollen, internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, dann bewirb dich jetzt
