RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

  • Gestione delle richieste di Help Desk di primo livello tramite strumenti di ticketing
  • Supporto tecnico tramite procedure standardizzate
  • Aggiornamento e compilazione dei ticket e relativa documentazione tecnica
     

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Help Desk o Service Desk
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese
  • Preferibile conoscenza di altre lingue: tedesco, ceco, francese, portoghese, spagnolo
  • Disponibilità al lavoro full-time su turni H24, dal lunedì alla domenica (con weekend a rotazione)
     

OFFERTA CONTRATTUALE

  • Contratto a tempo determinato tramite Agenzia, con possibilità di proroga e stabilizzazione
  • Retribuzione €1.400 – €1.700 netti/mese, commisurata all'esperienza
