per inserimento in ufficio Customer Service di una grande azienda metalmeccanica a Torino nord.

Attività principali

Gestione delle richieste clienti telefoniche e via email

Supporto operativo al Customer Service ITA/ESTERO

Utilizzo di Excel e sistemi informatici aziendali

Collaborazione con i reparti interni per la risoluzione delle richieste

Disponibilità a brevi trasferte (2–3 all'anno, massimo 5 giorni)

Requisiti

INDISPENSABILE OTTIMA CONOSCENZA DELLA LINGUA INGLESE

Buona dimestichezza con Excel e strumenti informatici

Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali

Attitudine all'apprendimento, flessibilità e approccio proattivo

Orientamento al cliente e al lavoro in team
