- Attività
- Gestione completa del contatto Cliente, gestione richieste di informazioni, pratiche e reclami attraverso canali telefonici, email e chat per il mercato estero.
- Inserimento e aggiornamento dati con utilizzo del gestionale aziendale per l'inserimento delle richieste e l'aggiornamento delle anagrafiche e delle pratiche clienti.
- Monitoraggio delle casistiche in entrata per supportare il miglioramento continuo del servizio.
- Requisiti
Studi universitari (Laurea Economia e/o Ingegneria Gestionale)
È richiesta la padronanza della lingua inglese a un livello fluente ed avanzato
Esperienza 3-5 anni nel medesimo ambito
