DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI?

Il/la Head of Origination and Development è responsabile dell'intero processo di sviluppo dei progetti fotovoltaici, dalla fase di scouting e origination fino all'ottenimento dell'autorizzazione, con una visione integrata tra aspetti tecnici, normativi, territoriali ed economici. Coordina team tecnici multidisciplinari interni ed esterni, riporta direttamente all'amministratore delegato, supportando la Direzione nelle scelte tecniche e industriali di medio-lungo periodo.

Direzione Sviluppo - Permitting e Project Development:

  • Gestione del team interno dedicato allo sviluppo autorizzativo dei progetti fotovoltaici (2 persone);
  • Confronto e coordinamento con professionisti esterni (tecnici, agronomi, geologi, progettisti) nelle diverse fasi autorizzative;
  • Supervisione delle attività di analisi preliminare (vincoli urbanistici, ambientali, paesaggistici, connessione);
  • Gestione del cronoprogramma autorizzativo e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento delle pratiche;
  • Pianificazione e monitoraggio del budget assegnato alle attività di sviluppo e permitting (CapEx pre-autorizzativo).

Direzione Sviluppo - Origination & Business Development:

  • Gestione del team interno dedicato all'origination dei progetti (2 persone);
  • Supporto strategico al team di origination nella valutazione dei terreni e delle opportunità di sviluppo;
  • Analisi di fattibilità tecnico-economica dei nuovi progetti fotovoltaici;
  • Sviluppo e gestione delle relazioni con proprietari terrieri, partner industriali, sviluppatori e stakeholder locali;
  • Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con partner strategici, clienti, enti pubblici e privati;
  • Collaborazione alla redazione dei business plan e all'analisi della redditività dei progetti, in raccordo con Asset Management.

COSA RICHIEDIAMO:

  • 10+ anni di esperienza nel settore fotovoltaico utility scale;
  • Esperienza consolidata in Permitting e Business Development (non solo una delle due);
  • Capacità di coordinare team interni e consulenti esterni;
  • Ottima conoscenza delle normative locali e regionali applicabili a progetti fotovoltaici;
  • Visione strutturata del processo di sviluppo, dall'idea al progetto autorizzato;
  • Ottime doti organizzative, decisionali e di leadership;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte di breve durata all'interno del territorio nazionale;
  • Residenza a Verona o possibilità di trasferirsi in città.
