With 31 rooms and suites decorated in classic Florentine style, the hotel is situated in Piazza D'Azeglio, one of the most exclusive squares in the city center. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Agent.

The Front Office Agent will be responsible for reception duties,
welcoming and checking guests in and out, introducing the property and service,
p
reparing and explaining guest final bills and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills
  • Check-in procedures knowledge
  • Customer service and effective communication skills
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or front office role
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (Italian and English preferred)

We offer a first contract of 9 months.
