Stiamo cercando figure junior da inserire nel team Turnaround & Restructuring di Financial Advisory nella sede di Roma e che lavoreranno in modalità Hybrid.
Il business fornisce assistenza nell'ambito di processi di ristrutturazione aziendale, finanziaria e/o operativa, sia giudiziaria che extra-giudiziaria, che coinvolgono società underperforming, in crisi finanziaria o insolvenza, offrendo, in particolare, assistenza e supporto a beneficio degli stakeholder e di tutte le altre parti coinvolte, finalizzata al recupero e alla creazione del valore. Si occupa inoltre di processi di rifinanziamento o di sviluppo, attraverso il ricorso a fonti di finanziamento sostitutive e/o integrative finalizzate ad accompagnare processi di espansione operativa e del business aziendale.
Your Role
Le risorse Junior saranno inserite in un team di lavoro, affiancando colleghi senior e occupandosi di:
- Interpretare proattivamente i bisogni del cliente, individuando metodologie e approcci coerenti
- Sviluppare iniziative e soluzioni in modo indipendente, raccogliendo dati per sviluppare analisi delle performance economiche e finanziarie di società target
- Condurre attività di targeting e di origination
- Lavorare su progetti di advisory in processi di ristrutturazione, Independent Business Review e Debt Advisory
- Redigere dettagliati business plan pluriennali
- Individuare potenziali rischi e criticità e condividerli tempestivamente con il resto del team
Winning Requirements
- Brillante percorso accademico con laurea specialistica in materie economiche
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi MS Word, MS Excel e MS Power Point
- Elevata attitudine a lavorare sia autonomamente che in team, capacità di multitasking, problem solving, gestione dello stress, precisione e uno spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a lavorare in trasferta, anche all'estero
