The Role…
We are seeking a charismatic Guest Service Agent to be the first face our members see when they walk through the Soho House doors. You'll have experience within a similar role, be comfortable with booking systems and email, as well as being a fantastic communicator both over the phone and face to face.
As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
Main Duties
- Welcome every member by name and guest is with open arms and in a hospitable manner
- Proceed with check-ins and check-outs for the rooms/apartments of the House
- Support and assist with answering high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries
- Speak to standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing and comfortable reaching out for support to ensure all inquires are addressed and in a timely matter
- In real-time ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set and a manager is notified
- Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management to assess
- Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional
- Administrative tasks (i.e. properly keeping all paperwork logged and filed)
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
