Job Description
You will work on behalf of the Lifecycle Services department, which also offers technical support, training, and manufacturing consultancy through other delivery mechanisms, to help provide complete solutions to their customer's needs. Within the role
you will be embedded on a customer site in
Bari
and help the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). You will be reporting to a Delivery Manager. Rockwell Automation has an excellent reputation for developing a strategic maintenance approach which can also directly improve the efficiency of the maintenance department.

Your Responsibilities

  • On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) Bari, Italy.
  • Work with systems that allow the company to track its repairable inventory and apply associated warranty programs.
  • Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for daily activities to support the maintenance and repair operations.
  • Provide a single contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking.
  • Manage on site project work, coordinating with Engineering teams and external/internal suppliers.
  • Reduce MRO stock duplication and obsolescence.
  • Provide migration, rationalization, and standardization strategies to reduce MRO inventory asset value.
  • Support productivity improvements through delivery of parts and solutions to the maintenance/engineering teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership.
  • Provide monthly financial reports.
  • Source and arrange consignment of new purchases.
  • Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and produce efficiency plans for maintenance.
  • Increase "Out of the box" reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of internal and external vendor capability.

The Essentials - You Will Have

  • BSc or BEng Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education with additional qualifications
  • 4 or more years of experience in Asset Management or maintenance / reliability / project professionals who are looking for a commercial and strategic position.
  • Communicating across all levels within the business, both written and verbal in Italian and English.
  • Customer account management is desirable but not essential
  • Work with production, engineering and maintenance departments to achieve an increase in productivity whilst reducing overall maintenance and support costs

Le Vostre Responsabilità

  • Gestione professionale in loco della manutenzione, riparazione e operazioni (MRO) Bari, Italia.
  • Lavorare con i sistemi che consentono all'azienda di tenere traccia dell'inventario delle riparazioni e di applicare i programmi di garanzia associati.
  • Sviluppare procedure operative standard chiare che descrivano in dettaglio il flusso dei processi e i requisiti operativi per le attività quotidiane a supporto delle operazioni di manutenzione e riparazione.
  • Fornire un unico punto di contatto per le riparazioni di manutenzione e la tracciabilità degli asset.
  • Gestire il lavoro di progetto in loco, coordinandosi con i team di ingegneria e i fornitori esterni/interni.
  • Ridurre la duplicazione e l'obsolescenza delle scorte MRO.
  • Fornire strategie di migrazione, razionalizzazione e standardizzazione per ridurre il valore degli asset dell'inventario MRO.
  • Sostenere i miglioramenti della produttività attraverso la consegna tempestiva di parti e soluzioni alle squadre di manutenzione/ingegneria, fornendo al contempo un costo totale di proprietà inferiore.
  • Fornire relazioni finanziarie mensili.
  • Individuare e organizzare la spedizione di nuovi acquisti.
  • Collaborare con i reparti del cliente, tra cui la direzione dello stabilimento, la manutenzione, ingegneria, acquisti e i distributori, per identificare e formulare piani di efficienza per la manutenzione.
  • Aumentare l'affidabilità "out of the box" dei beni riparabili di ricambio, attraverso l'uso di un'ampia capacità di fornitori interni ed esterni.

Requisiti Essenziali

  • Laurea in Ingegneria o formazione tecnica equivalente con ulteriori qualifiche.
  • 4 o più anni di esperienza nell'Asset Management o come professionista della manutenzione / affidabilità / e progetti che sono alla ricerca di una posizione commerciale e strategica.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione in Inglese, a tutti i livelli all'interno dell'azienda, sia scritta che verbale.
  • La gestione dei clienti è auspicabile ma non essenziale.
  • Capacità di collaborare con i reparti di produzione, ingegneria e manutenzione per ottenere un aumento della produttività riducendo al contempo i costi complessivi di manutenzione e assistenza.
  • Capacità di lavorare di propria iniziativa
