Siamo alla ricerca di un/una
Documentation & Validation Specialist
da inserire in un progetto strategico nel cuore della
provincia di Bologna
, nel settore delle macchine per il pharma. Un'opportunità unica per chi desidera diventare il punto di riferimento per il cliente, guidando qualità, processi e standard in un contesto altamente innovativo.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione, redazione e revisione della documentazione tecnica secondo standard normativi del settore farmaceutico.
  • Supporto alle attività di validazione (IQ/OQ/PQ) in conformità alle GMP e alle linee guida internazionali.
  • Collaborazione con i reparti Engineering, Quality e Production per garantire completezza, accuratezza e tracciabilità della documentazione.
  • Gestione dei change control e partecipazione ai processi di audit interni ed esterni.
  • Monitoraggio avanzamento delle attività progettuali e reporting.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in CTF, Chimica, ingegneria o affini.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nell'ambito della validazione o documentazione tecnica, preferibilmente in settori regolamentati (farmaceutico, medicale, alimentare).
  • Conoscenza delle normative GMP, GAMP5 e dei principali standard di validazione.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team, orientamento al dettaglio e attitudine al problem solving
