Role And Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
It's a field role with responsibility of Northern Italy area (main focus: Lombardia, Emilia Romagna and Toscana) within the Health Medical Equipment Sales team, following the main activities:
- Analyze the customer's needs and technical requirements, performing demonstrative and applicative activities, and post-sales support as well, directly at the customer;
- Deliver application training on the whole HME line-up at the customer or at national/regional congresses;
- Support the customer remotely by providing help-desk service when needed;
- Support the customer by adapting the device settings according to the specific applicative needs, and by illustrating the features of product and application potential;
- Report on all activities delivered at the customer, providing insight on outcomes and possible improvements on process/product/application features.
Skills And Qualifications
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Educational Background : Bachelor, Master preferably in Biomedical or Computer Engineering.
- Professional Background: at least 2 years' experience in Ultrasound Pre-Post Sales / Application Specialist roles or alternatively similar experience with other medical devices.
- Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tools.
- Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English.
- Travel required: 80% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
- Others: Project management skills, customer orientation and strong listening skills, focus on results, positive and proactive attitude
