Job purpose:

Manage and oversee MetaSensing's human resources activities, supporting the growth of the company by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Company description:

MetaSensing is an innovative Italian remote sensing company founded in 2008 with the aim of commercializing new compact, high-resolution radar mapping technology.

In just a few years, MetaSensing has completed numerous successful airborne radar campaigns at Ka, Ku, X, C, S, L, and P frequency bands, and developed drone and space-based radar systems for various applications.

Today, MetaSensing is one of the few companies worldwide offering cost-effective airborne and space-based radar sensors and services for both commercial and security applications.

Combining innovative technology with advanced processing techniques has made MetaSensing a fast-growing, global company with projects in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North and South America.

Job tasks:

  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes for technical, administrative, and managerial positions.
  • Manage employee onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and contract management activities.
  • Support managers in employee performance evaluations and career development plans.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation when necessary.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Organise relevant training and professional development sessions.
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain confidential employee records.
  • Monitor and improve internal HR processes to support company growth and international operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Italy.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Employment condition:

40 hours per week, with presence at the office.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.

Employment duration:

The employment is for an unlimited period. The starting date will be agreed with the candidate; an early starting date is preferred.
