TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR SHORT-TERM/CONSULTANCY CONTRACTS
JOB TITLE: Consultant Analyst for Workday
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CST REG, fully remote

DURATION: 6 months
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

HR Technology and Analytics Branch (HRMOI) is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR Technology strategy and Roadmap that enables efficient and effective HR business processes and activities while ensuring compliance with HR Policies and legislative requirements.
Our technology strategy priorities are to create value for the Organization through provision of trusted workforce data and analytics for smarter people management decisions, reduced administrative burden for our employees through automation and self-services, and making life at work better through awesome employee experience.
WFP is currently looking for a dynamic Position, Org & Security Analyst to join the team. The prefect candidate would have ideally a proven experience in Workday implementation in a similar position and a good understanding of HR business processes to be able to work efficiently with our technical and business stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Analyst will report directly to the Position, Org and security Lead. Main roles and Responsibilities:
1. Support the Workstream for Unit Testing, End to End Testing, Integrations testing as part of Workday continuous product optimization and improvements
2. Support End to End tester preparations, assignments, and defect analytics and reporting
3. Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews
4. Support the coordination in OM Integration testing and stakeholders communications
5. Support Mass Data Load files preparation and testing/validation
6. Develop/control procedures and checklists to ensure that all areas of the testing processes are well defined and functioning
7. Conduct data cleansing and data verification activities.
8. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes in Workday, support with system improvements' design and testing.
9. Provide high quality customer support service through the Workday platform.
10. Respond to queries from managers and staff related understanding their issues and ensuring policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools are available and correctly applied to support them.
11. Escalate potential issues or concerns to the Stream Lead.
12. Other tasks as required.
DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT:
- Support the Testing Workstream with all duties required to prepare, execute, and record test stages and WFP tester populations.
- Successful implementation of Global HQ Organizational Structures.
- Alignment of Global HQ data across WINGs and Workday.
- Business as usual support to End Users in the area of Position and Org management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: University's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related Workday project experience.
Data Analytics and tools Certifications is a plus.
Workday experience is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Human Resources.
2+ years of postgraduate relevant experience in HR Information system maintenance and support, preferably with experience in an international context.
Experience in the analysis of complex data.
Experience with Organizational Structure data desirable.
Experience of ERP and/or HCM (such as SAP or Workday) is an asset.
UN experience desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
Good knowledge of HR Business processes.
Good knowledge of Workday HCM.
Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
Proven experience in data analysis, creating/replicating Workday test scenarios and reporting.
Ability to translate technical content into comprehensive content by business stakeholders.
Proven experience working on international and multicultural context
Excellent and demonstrated communication skills (written and oral).
Languages:
Fluency in oral and written English with an intermediate knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) or Portuguese (one of WFP's working languages).
