Who We Are Looking For
Safilo is looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to be included in Management Systems Compliance, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a
6 months internship
and exposed to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with the unmatched opportunity to support, develop and practice compliance activities related to sustainability, quality, occupational health and safety, and recycled material certifications.

As a Management Systems Compliance Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in creating, updating, and organizing system documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, work instructions).
  • Maintaining accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance with SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001, GRS, FSC and ISCC standards.
  • Preparing for internal and external audits by organizing documentation and records.
  • Assisting during audits and following up on corrective actions.
  • Supporting the implementation of traceability systems for GRS and ISCC certified materials.
  • Ensuring the identification of certified products as per GRS and ISCC guidelines.
  • Collecting and analyzing data for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, sustainability, and safety.
  • Preparing reports for management review and identifying trends or areas for improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • Enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of FSC, SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GRS, and ISCC standards (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
