Technical Support Engineer

da inserire nel Team di Supporto Tecnico Pre e Post Vendita di Milano (zona Certosa)

In qualità di Technical Support Engineer, sarai il consulente tecnico di riferimento per progettisti, serramentisti e collaboratori interni fornendo assistenza qualificata per coadiuvarli nel concepimento e nella realizzazione di soluzioni tecniche conformi agli standard Schüco, sia in fase di progetto che di costruzione.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Engineering di progetti architettonici e progettazione di soluzioni tecnico-costruttive con sistemi standard o in variante
  • Verifiche Tecniche (statica, termica, acustica, coperture certificatorie…)
  • Elaborazione Grafica della documentazione progettuale (CAD)
  • Supervisione tecnica e supporto operativo alla generazione di offerte commerciali
  • Consulenza tecnica sui prodotti e sulle normative di settore

Requisiti

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura tecnica che unisca competenza e attitudine al supporto:

  • Provenienza: dal settore dell'involucro edilizio (Facciate e Serramenti)
  • Hard skills: capacità progettuali (costituiscono titolo preferenziale le competenze sulla fisica-tecnica dell'involucro – statica, termica, acustica…)
  • Software: padronanza di AutoCAD 2D, pacchetto office (costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di SW tecnici quali Flixo, SchüCAL, Dlubal, ENG)
  • Esperienza e formazione: valutiamo con interesse profili Senior, ovvero Junior con formazione accademica pertinente (Ingegneria/Architettura)
  • Lingue: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Soft skills: approccio "Customer Oriented", precisione analitica, lavoro in team, organizzazione strutturata

Luogo di Lavoro:
Milano, via Varesina, Campus La Forgiatura.

Orario di Lavoro:
Full Time, 40 ore settimanali, con orario flessibile.
