We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Delivery Manager
to manage and oversee the integration efforts of our client across various streams in Italy (preferably North of Italy). The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

You will bring extensive experience in project and program management with a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects with Google Cloud Platform and tools. Previous experience in the Financial Services industry will be highly beneficial, as well as experience in Generative AI (GenAI).

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, driving strategic initiatives and achieving project objectives within scope, time and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data-driven transformation programs, coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes
  • Partner with clients to define business cases, roadmaps and architecture, as well as work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX designers and product owners
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Senior Program Manager within consulting, IT services and large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong grounding in modern software delivery (Agile, DevOps, microservices, API-driven integration)
  • Good experience with Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Prior experience of leading and managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and performance management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English are required
