Sommario della Posizione

La figura di BD Clerk supporterà il dipartimento di Business Development nelle attività quotidiane legate all'espansione dei punti vendita MINISO in Italia, alla gestione documentale immobiliare e alle operazioni amministrative del reparto.

È una posizione adatta a persone precise, organizzate e motivate a crescere nel settore Retail Development e Real Estate in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Raccogliere e organizzare la documentazione relativa a nuove aperture e progetti immobiliari.
  • Supportare nella preparazione di report, analisi e presentazioni destinate alla Direzione.
  • Gestire le comunicazioni operative con agenzie immobiliari, property manager, fornitori e team interni.
  • Collaborare nelle analisi di mercato e nella raccolta di informazioni sulle potenziali location.
  • Mantenere aggiornati i file, gli archivi e le scadenze del reparto garantendo ordine e precisione.

Requisiti Minimi

  • Laurea triennale.
  • Conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese a livello minimo B2.
  • Ottima padronanza di Word, Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e forte motivazione all'apprendimento.
  • Capacità di comunicare con interlocutori diversi e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
