La persona verrà inserita nella Direzione "Rischi", nell'area "Risk Management" ed in particolare nel team "Metodologie di Rischio" e si occuperà delle seguenti attività: (i) supporto alla valutazione dei rischi ESG, con particolare focus su rischi climatici e ambientali; (ii) supporto alla redazione di aggiornamento di documentazione interna e disclosure esterne relative ai rischi ESG; (iii) manutenzione evolutiva delle metodologie per la valutazione dei rischi ESG.
Requisiti
La persona ideale possiede una laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale o altre discipline scientifiche, con elemento di valutazione preferenziale il conseguimento di un titolo post lauream in discipline connesse alla sostenibilità, cambiamento climatico o risk management, e ha maturato un'esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni presso società di consulenza nel campo dei rischi climatici ed ambientali con attività svolta presso istituti finanziari o esperienza come analisti di rischio o di credito o consulente in ambito bancario o assicurativo, in tematiche ESG e in particolare dei rischi climatici e ambientali. Il ruolo richiede un'ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare utilizzo avanzato di Excel), competenze di base in almeno un linguaggio di programmazione ed una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. E' richiesto inoltre uno specifico interesse ad approfondire tematiche relative ai rischi ESG il relazione agli aspetti finanziari e familiarità con le principali tecniche di analisi dati. Completano il profilo proattività, flessibilità, orientamento ed agilità di apprendimento, spiccate capacità di problem solving.
