As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we are implementing and maintaining an ISO 50001-certified Energy Management System to optimize energy performance and promote environmental responsibility.

The Energy Management Intern will support the Energy Team in maintaining and developing our ISO 50001 Energy Management System, contributing to compliance activities, energy performance monitoring, and sustainability initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Energy Manager, this role will collaborate with internal Energy Teams, Sustainability functions, and other corporate departments to ensure efficient documentation, performance tracking, and regulatory compliance related to energy management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization, maintenance, and updating of documentation related to the ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
  • Support compliance activities in line with ISO 50001 standards and internal procedures.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits for ISO 50001 certification.
  • Collaborate with Energy Teams to monitor energy consumption, analyze performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports and presentations.
  • Support the preparation of documentation and applications required for energy incentives and related programs.
  • Assist in managing periodic compliance requirements related to energy and sustainability regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Education: Recent graduate in Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines. A degree in Energy Management will be considered a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and data analysis mindset.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Interest in Sustainability: Genuine motivation towards energy efficiency, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
