YOUR MISSION

Support the  Senior Account Manager to manage the top accounts at the national level

THE JOURNEY

  • Support the management of Top Accounts in Italy
    • Being a point of reference for operational tasks
    • Build report and automatize the data analysis 
    Help the XL Account Manager to define and pursue the long-term strategy for the portfolioin terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations
    • Work alongside various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions that address the needs of partners, including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, Customer service)
    Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Nice to have 6-12 months of experience in account management or in business-sales analyst team
  • Good Commercial skills and a proactive approach to account management
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Good knowledge of GSuite and MS Office. Looker is a Plus
  • Native Italian and English Fluency
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
