Scope:

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Strategically identify, prospect, and secure new clients and leads within the assigned territory.
  • Expand Market Share: Increase regional sales by enhancing local client engagement and developing robust sales plans for Ocean, Air, Overland Freight, and Value-Added Solutions.
  • Cultivate Client Growth: Nurture existing customer relationships to maximize revenue and freight volume, while boosting PSA BDP's market penetration.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with Account Management, Product, and Vertical Leads to strategically target and develop key accounts.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass visit KPIs, utilizing CRM for effective tracking and management.
  • Fuel Sales Pipeline: Leverage market research and sales support to continuously grow individual sales opportunities.
  • Adaptable Contribution: Undertake additional tasks as needed to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Proven experience: 2+ years in global sales and 3+ years in the industry are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Ocean, Air, or Overland Freight operations within a freight forwarding/logistics company.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
