Front End Developer

As a Front End Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of web applications, turning complex product ideas into intuitive, high-performance interfaces. You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver scalable, elegant solutions that prioritize usability and accessibility. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the architecture of reusable components, optimize performance, and implement best practices for modern frontend development. This is a remote role within Latin America, giving you the flexibility to work from your preferred location while being fully integrated with a cross-functional team.

• Accountabilities
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, , or other modern frameworks.
• Convert Figma designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently and reliably.
• Optimize frontend performance, load times, and overall user experience.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a shared design system.
• Write well-documented, testable code following best practices.
• Requirements
• 1–3+ years of professional experience in frontend development (startup experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, , HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tools.
• Experience with state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
• Solid understanding of API integration (REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Product-focused mindset with attention to user experience and detail.
• Bonus: experience with animations (Framer Motion, GSAP), design systems, CI/CD, or frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
