In this role, you will build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work on modern frontend frameworks and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance development efficiency and user engagement. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate in an agile environment, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers. You will be part of a dynamic team driving innovation across multiple digital brands and platforms. You will contribute to both strategic and hands-on engineering work, ensuring robust, maintainable, and efficient code across the frontend stack.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop scalable, testable, and maintainable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation to optimize development workflows and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver new features and enhance existing products.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Stay current with frontend trends, design patterns, and AI-enhanced development practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building complex, high-performing web applications.
  • Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
  • Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities in English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Bonus: UX/UI design sensibilities, functional programming experience, hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
