In this role, you will play a vital part in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You'll be focused on building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire customer lifecycle. Accountabilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Own the full customer lifecycle, developing and executing strategies to drive retention and growth
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional services that add value
- Deliver results consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Align vision, value, and scope at both strategic and tactical levels
- 5+ years of experience selling technology or software solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience working within a CRM to track and document results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
