About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding Intern to join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the operational and strategic aspects of recruitment and employer branding within an international and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence
Support the optimization of recruitment workflows and tools (e.g., ATS, dashboards, templates).
Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Help document and standardize TA processes across regions and teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in hiring practices.
Contribute to research on innovative sourcing methods and HR technologies.
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations across hiring processes.
Employer Branding
Collaborate with the Communications team to support employer branding campaigns and initiatives.
Support the development of candidate experience initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Help monitor brand visibility and engagement metrics across platforms.
Support cross-functional initiatives such as recruiting events and employer branding projects to enhance the company's market positioning.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employer branding.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or ATS tools is a plus.
