Role Overview

On behalf of a global leader in the technology and ICT sector, Randstad is seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing & Events Specialist. The candidate will support the local Marketing department in implementing small circle events and industrial exhibition organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management:
    Support business team to implement various events like workshop/training/summit and industrial exhibitions around Italy.
  • Integrated Communications:
    Coordinating Public Relations activities and managing relationships with external agencies and media partners.
  • Operational Marketing:
    Supporting lead generation campaigns and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance.
  • Marketing materials :
    Supporting vertical business team to generate localized marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Education:
    University Degree
    is mandatory (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Languages).
  • Languages:
    Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in Chinese and Italian.
    Good command of English is also required.
  • Cultural Competence:
    Strong ability to operate in a multicultural corporate environment and manage cross-border communication.
