Role Overview

On behalf of a global leader in the technology and ICT sector, Randstad is seeking a versatile and proactive
Marketing & Communications Specialist
. The candidate will support the local Marketing department in implementing integrated strategies to enhance brand awareness and support business growth in the Italian market.

The role involves bridging the gap between international headquarters and local operations, ensuring that global marketing initiatives are effectively adapted for a regional audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Content Management:
    Developing marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content in both Italian and Chinese.
  • Integrated Communications:
    Coordinating Public Relations activities and managing relationships with external agencies and media partners.
  • Event & Field Marketing:
    Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and customer workshops across Italy.
  • Operational Marketing:
    Supporting lead generation campaigns and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance.
  • HQ Liaison:
    Serving as a primary point of contact for the Global Headquarters in China for all marketing-related reporting and strategic alignment.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Education:
    University Degree
    is mandatory (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Languages).
  • Languages:
    Native or near-native proficiency (C1/C2) in Chinese and Italian.
    Good command of English is also required.
  • Skills:
    Solid understanding of modern marketing principles (digital, traditional, and social media) and tools.
  • Cultural Competence:
    Strong ability to operate in a multicultural corporate environment and manage cross-border communication.
