We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing operations. You will manage the execution of our content strategy, digital campaigns, website maintenance, and visual branding. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, technical digital marketing knowledge, and strict organizational planning. Experience in Carbon & Renewable Markets is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Analytics

  • Develop annual marketing and communication strategy for Aither online presence.
  • Manage the allocation of budgets for ads, subscriptions, outsourcing, and events.
  • Produce quarterly and yearly reports to improve the ongoing marketing activities.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Manage the corporate LinkedIn profile, creating and scheduling engaging posts and campaigns to grow Aither network.
  • Draft, review, and translate monthly blog posts, weekly news updates, and several other newsletters.
  • Produce short videos, infographic, and high-impact presentation content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to publish monthly, weekly, and daily newsletters. Monitor deliverability, statistics, and InMail Campaigns.

Digital Advertising & SEO

  • Setup and optimize annual Google Ads and LinkedIn Ad Manager campaigns to generate leads and derive sales.
  • Perform ongoing SEO analysis to improve organic ranking.
  • Create new landing pages, manage online forms and perform general updates/fixes using WordPress.

Creative Design & Branding

  • Design graphics for social media, infographics, and posters.
  • Design and coordinate production for flyers, brochures, roll-ups, and corporate swag (cups, apparel, lanyards).
  • Ensure all corporate decks are visually consistent and on-brand.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in marketing or communication or any related field.
  • 5+ years in a generalist marketing role (B2B preferred).
  • Proficiency in WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva Pro at an advanced level.
  • Fluent in English and any other European language.
  • Familiarity with carbon markets, emissions trading (ETS), or commodities is a major plus.
