We're Hiring: Senior Communications Manager at Natasha Slater Studio (Milan)

Natasha Slater Studio is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Milan. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who understands how to run a luxury PR studio with structure, clarity, and excellence.

About the Role

As Senior Communications Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our PR studio. You will oversee client accounts, manage our press office, and ensure that the quality of our work remains consistent with the standard that defines NSS.

You will work closely with our founder, Natasha Slater, to shape communication strategies across fashion, hospitality, design, and culture. You will be responsible for keeping the studio organised, efficient, and aligned with our vision as we prepare for further international growth.

This is a full-time position based in Milan, hybrid with three to four days per week in the studio.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead client accounts from onboarding to delivery, acting as the primary point of contact


• Manage the press office, supervising pitches, media lists, monitoring, and approvals


• Develop communication strategies, narratives, and editorial calendars


• Implement structure, processes, and reporting across the studio


• Manage junior talent, including the Press Officer and Admin


• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and support new business development


• Maintain the high level of quality, refinement, and cultural intelligence NSS is known for

• 5–7+ years in PR, communications, or brand management


• Strong background in fashion, hospitality, design, or culture


• Confident leading client relationships and presenting strategies


• Professional, polished communicator who understands the luxury landscape


• Highly organised, proactive, and able to structure workflows and systems


• Experience managing junior team members or freelancers


• A strategic thinker who can execute with precision and calm under pressure


• Someone who thrives in a refined, entrepreneurial, creatively driven environment
