Hello We are the U Marka Driving School. We help drivers prepare documents and complete Code 95 training to work in the European Union. We are growing rapidly, so we are looking for an experienced sales manager with knowledge of ITALIAN who knows how to turn calls and negotiations into deals.

What you will be doing:

Communicating with potential clients from Italy and selling our services;

Work with a hot customer base that is filled with new leads every day, search for partners in the Italian market, and establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with them;

Accompany the customer from the first application to the conclusion and payment of the deal;

Fulfill (and exceed) the sales plan.

You're a perfect fit for us if:

You already have sales experience (at least 1 year);

You know sales techniques and how to persuade, and you're skilled at handling objections;

You know Italian at the B1-B2 level, speak Polish and Russian/Ukrainian, knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus when deciding on your candidacy;

You are familiar with CRM (Bitrix will be a big plus);

You are active, ambitious, stress-resistant, and motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €1,100.00 per month
