Role Description

This full-time role is for the Italian branch with office based in Milan, is for a Technical Sales Manager.

The responsibilities include managing technical sales processes, maintaining client relationships, delivering technical support, and providing outstanding customer service.

The Technical Sales Manager will work closely with food and pharma manufacturers, addressing their specific needs, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs/pains and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proven skills in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support to provide expert guidance and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential;
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology Science,
  • Experience in meat and savory market is a plus .
  • Excellent attitude to communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client and business needs.
