We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute scalable, data-driven hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent and support Clara's ambitious growth. You'll partner closely with people partners & hiring managers to understand team needs, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer. This role will play a key part in enhancing our employer brand, optimizing our use of Greenhouse (ATS), and embedding diversity into our recruitment approach.
You'll also:
- Drive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Clara's business goals and hiring plans.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and proactive sourcing to find top candidates.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and apply innovations in recruiting practices and technology.
- Elevate Clara's employer branding and support recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure hiring practices are inclusive and compliant with labor regulations.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events that build our pipeline and visibility.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Working proficiency in English.
- Strong command of recruitment strategies, passive sourcing, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives.
- Interest or experience in AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
- Portuguese or interest in learning it.

Clara's Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
