We're looking for an experienced E-Learning Training Specialist to lead the design and delivery of high-impact training content for our global IT department.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how our teams learn and grow. You'll be responsible for developing professional e-learning programs focused initially on ERP systems and Graphics workflows. Your work will directly support system adoption, process excellence, and long-term capability building across the organization.

As the role evolves, you'll also lead the development of a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) that supports structured learning paths, competency tracking, and cross-functional training initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design & Deliver Training Content: Create clear, engaging e-learning materials for ERP and Graphics systems tailored to diverse user groups.
  • LMS Development & Management: Build and administer a robust LMS platform to support enterprise-wide learning and development.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT, HR, and Operations to align training with onboarding, compliance, and process changes.
  • Leverage Technology: Use AI-based editing tools and e-learning software to produce professional, multi-language training content.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to ERP implementation phases with structured training plans and delivery.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness and update content to reflect evolving business needs.

About you:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, training management, or LMS administration
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and IT processes
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Scribehow, SkyPrep)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital learning
  • Bonus: Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and localization

Additional Information

To apply for this role you must already have the right to live and work in either Italy or the United Kingdom and have the ability to travel unrestricted within the European Union and the UK. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
