Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute. JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for an HR Operations Intern to join our team in Parma and support daily activities related to lodging management, foreign employees' support, and administrative HR tasks.

This internship is an exciting opportunity to learn within a dynamic environment and contribute directly to our employees' experience while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

What You Will Do
As HR Operations Intern, reporting to the Global Total Reward Manager, you will support the team in managing essential HR administrative processes and daily activities, with a focus on:

  • Support the lodging and accommodation process for employees, managing housing requests and coordination with external agencies or suppliers
  • Assist foreign employees across all stages of their employment, managing relocation processes, onboarding activities and everyday practical needs
  • Manage data and support the preparation of documents and presentations when needed
  • Contribute to administrative HR activities, including document collection, filing, data entry and onboarding checklists when required
  • Prepare and maintain Excel files, reports and simple dashboards
  • Support the team in creating PowerPoint materials (presentations, guidelines, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience
  • Help maintain accurate employee data and documentation

Who You Are

  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management or similar fields
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle employee related issues tactfully and diplomatically
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong proactivity, attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization
  • Fluent Italian is mandatory and at least intermediate English is required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data management) and PowerPoint
  • A previous HR internship experience would be a plus
