Join OMNIC Self-Service Solutions as a Business Assistant in Milan This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and support key business operations while contributing to innovative projects that redefine logistics, retail, and HoReCa. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic goals and enhancing operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

Mission
  • To support the business owner by relieving them of routine tasks, allowing a focus on strategic goals.
  • To establish an effective communication and coordination system ensuring operational excellence.
  • To act as a proactive representative of the owner's interests and drive projects to completion.
  • To maintain a high-quality standard in task execution and foster trust with partners and clients through professional communication.
Key Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a business assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Italian, with knowledge of Russian; English is an advantage.
  • Verified experience in efficient interaction with Italian government authorities on administrative and legal matters.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated initiative and loyalty, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and act proactively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Management: Conduct business communication in Italian and Russian.
  • Executive Support: Assist the executive in negotiations, calls, and documentation.
  • Government Liaison: Handle operational interaction with Italian government authorities on administrative and legal matters.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, travel, and schedules efficiently.
  • Task Management: Ensure the completion of assignments from start to finish.
  • Project Support: Assist in project management, correspondence, and tackle non-standard tasks.
  • Representation: Represent the owner's interests when necessary.
