Du startest direkt im 2nd Level Support als TechnikerIn mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Hochverfügbarkeit der Kunden-IT-Systeme (Fokus Linux), die rund um den Globus verteilt sind
  • Entgegennahme von Supportanfragen und deren lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung inklusive Dokumentation gehören zum Arbeitsalltag
  • Du analysierst, wertest aus und behebst Störfälle und Probleme
  • Du übernimmst neu installierte Anlagen vom Projektteam in das Customer Service
  • Technische Unterstützung und Betreuung der KNAPP Kunden weltweit ist dein Tagesgeschäft
  • Rufbereitschaften bieten dir die Möglichkeit attraktiver Zusatzverdienste
  • Beratung, Optimierungsvorschläge sowie Schulungen für neue MitarbeiterInnen gehören als zukünftige/r Expert:in zu deinem Aufgabengebiet

  • Du verfügst über eine technische Grundausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) und erste Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse (Suse, Oracle Linux, Navigations- und Manipulationssicher, …)
  • Know-how rund um Datenbanken (Administration, Datenspiegelung, Backupverwaltung, …) und Netzwerke (Switch- und AccessPoint Verwaltung, NW Dump analysieren, …) runden dein Profil ab
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, Eigenständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus

Du arbeitest für namhafte Kunden auf der ganzen Welt und bist technisch für die Basis unserer Intralogistik Systeme und deren Hochverfügbarkeit ein wichtiger Baustein. Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 2.985,- . Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung. Als Zulage kannst du zusätzlich EUR brutto 283.- / Monat als Support TechnikerIn im Bereitschaftsdient erhalten – Aktiv und Passiv Entgelt hängen von der Anzahl deiner Bereitschaften ab.
Unser Motto: "Ease customer's life". In unserer technischen Support Abteilung kannst du unseren Kunden weltweit bei kleinen und großen Problemen remote helfen Wir unterstützten unsere Kunden bei der Behebung von Problemen oder beheben diese nach unseren Analysen (Logfiles, Datenbank, Softwareprüfung) gleich selbst. Damit unsere IT-Systeme immer besser und stabiler werden und unsere Kunden zufrieden bleiben, lösen wir die Probleme nicht nur temporär, sondern arbeiten eng mit Entwicklungsabteilungen zusammen und stellen unsere Analysen und Lösungsvorschläge fürs Bugfixing oder den "Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess" im Zuge des "Problem- und Change Management" zur Verfügung.
