Per un'azienda leader nel settore beauty basata in Lombardia, con un ampio portfolio di marchi, diversi stabilimenti produttivi e filiali in tutto il mondo Consea sta cercando un/una:
INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Lo scopo della posizione è quello di assicurare lo sviluppo del business skincare a livello internazionale, guidando la strategia commerciale della Divisione e garantendo la crescita sostenibile dei mercati esteri attraverso un efficace equilibrio tra logiche di sell in e sell out, gestione diretta dei mercati export e coordinamento delle Country e delle filiali commerciali del Gruppo.
Nello specifico la figura, riportando direttamente al Global General Manager Skincare Division, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale internazionale per la linea skincare, in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Sviluppare e gestire i mercati esteri, identificando nuove opportunità di business e partnership strategiche;
- Gestire i Rivenditori e favorire l'integrazione tra i mercati garantendo il raggiungimento dei target di fatturato e marginalità;
- Supportare i team locali nella pianificazione commerciale, nella definizione dei target e nella costruzione dei piani promozionali;
- Collaborare con marketing e Trade Marketing per garantire coerenza tra strategie di mercato, brand positioning e attività di go-to-market;
- Guidare i processi di forecasting, pricing e budgeting della Divisione;
- Analizzare i trend di mercato e la concorrenza, identificando opportunità di sviluppo e di potenziamento del portafoglio brand;
- Presidiare le relazioni con i partner strategici, negoziando condizioni commerciali e contratti chiave.
REQUISITI
Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di responsabilità commerciale internazionale nel settore skincare, beauty, dermocosmetico o FMCG.
Competenza nella gestione di mercati export, distributori e country organization.
Solida conoscenza dei meccanismi di sell in /sell out e delle dinamiche di sviluppo commerciale multicanale.
Leadership collaborativa, visione strategica e forte orientamento ai risultati.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, gradita una seconda lingua (spagnolo o francese)
