In qualità di Sales Coordinator Trainee, potrai dare supporto all'organizzazione degli eventi dell'hotel, compresi i preventivi. Svolgendo questo ruolo svilupperai competenze nella comprensione delle esigenze dei clienti, la massimizzazione della soddisfazione degli ospiti e l'incremento del revenue dell'hotel.

Cosa dovrai fare?
  • Gestire le prenotazioni e gli eventi confermati dall'Ufficio commerciale.
  • Rispondere a tutte le richieste in base agli SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Ricevere le richieste dei clienti tramite visite, agenzie o domande da parte del Dipartimento Gruppi o dei sales executive.
  • Dare supporto durante le visite commerciali/site inspection per i clienti attuali e potenziali dell'hotel per stabilire contatti regolari e presentare loro i diversi servizi.
  • Dare supporto su speciali richieste dei clienti, coordinando i diversi reparti dell'hotel coinvolti (corsi di formazione, presentazioni, conferenze stampa, interviste, ecc.)
  • Supervisionare le sale e le strutture installate per il corretto svolgimento degli eventi.
  • Risolvere le problematiche legate alla fatturazione clienti, mettendosi in contatto con i clienti e con il dipartimento amministrazione.
Cosa stiamo cercando?
  • Laurea in Business Administration, economia, ecc.
  • È richiesta la conoscenza fluente della lingua locale e un livello elevato di inglese.
  • Conoscenza di vari programmi informatici (Microsoft Office, POS, ecc.) e dei sistemi di Front Office.
  • Conoscenza dei principi di revenue management e delle politiche commerciali.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione.
  • Orientamento al servizio clienti.
  • Capacità e tecniche di vendita.
  • Ottime capacità gestionali e organizzative.
  • Capacità di lavorare da soli e come parte di un team.
