Field Service Coordinator

OverviewJoin to apply for theField Service Coordinatorrole atEverllence.You will be based at our Everllence location inGenoa or Lomagna, Italy.As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be part of an international team and contribute directly and independently to the successful execution of service projects.You will coordinate field service activities related to the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of turbomachinery for industrial applications.Our customers include energy producers, process industries, EPCs, and engineering firms across Italy and beyond.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the full lifecycle of field service projects, from bidding to customer handover.Prepare and manage quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Manufacturing Data Books (MDB).Plan and schedule new installations, maintenance, and service activities for rotating equipment (steam turbines, compressors, expanders).Issue service quotations and technical documentation.Select and manage subcontractors for field service operations.Organize and lead kick-off meetings, site inspections, and debriefings.Provide technical and administrative support to Field Service personnel during site assignments.Ensure all field activities are properly documented and reported.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and internal quality systems.Monitor project costs and ensure timely financial closure.Collaborate with global Everllence Pools for Field Service staff exchange.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience with rotating equipment in the field (steam turbines, compressors, expanders).Technical education (Apprenticeship, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar).Familiarity with local technical standards and turbomachinery.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); German is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.High attention to detail, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel and flexibility to meet customer scheduling needs.BenefitsFlexible working time modelsCompany health managementMeal allowance or canteenSupportive and collaborative team cultureMobile/remote working options depending on project needsWhere we need youYour reference office will be located inGenoa or Lomagna, Italy, with possibility of working from home two days per week.Based on project assignments, travel across Italy may be required, as well as occasional travels to our headquarter in Germany.About EverllenceEverllence Italy (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) is a diverse and dynamic team based in Genoa and Lomagna.We are committed to enabling CO2 savings through our turbomachinery solutions and supporting the global energy transition.Our collaboration within Everllence offers a collaborative and innovative work environment where your contributions make a real impact.In this role, you will coordinate a team of seven Field Service Engineers in Italy, with plans to expand the team in the near future.You will also collaborate closely with other International Group Companies (IGCs) and their Service Coordinators.That is important to usIntegrity and compliance are core to our values.We strongly support diversity and equal opportunities and encourage applications from all qualified individuals, including people with disabilities.What You Should Know About UsEverllence enables its customers to achieve sustainable value creation in the transition towards a carbon neutral future.Addressing tomorrow's challenges within the marine, energy and industrial sectors, we improve efficiency and performance at a systemic level.We offer a vast portfolio of technologies and employ about 15,000 people at over 120 sites globally.Our after-sales brand, Everllence PrimeServ, provides a global network of service centers.#J-*****-Ljbffr
