TikTok & Fashion Content Intern (Internship)

About The Ethos Studio

As a growing brand, we are looking for a TikTok & Fashion Content Intern who understands fashion culture, short-form video, and how to translate a brand's energy into content that feels natural, elevated, and relevant.

The Role

You will support how The Ethos Studio shows up on TikTok, working closely with our Social Media Manager on content creation, daily execution, and performance insights.

You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and creative input, while receiving clear direction and feedback. All content and reporting will be reviewed and approved by the Social Media Manager to ensure consistency and quality.

What You'll Do


• Create and edit TikTok content aligned with The Ethos Studio's aesthetic (minimum 2 posts per day)


• Support TikTok scheduling, posting, and day-to-day platform management


• Participate in content brainstorming, trend scouting, and weekly planning


• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, formats, audio, and fashion content


• Support community engagement and storytelling


• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights


• Assist with styling, product shoots, and creative direction when needed

Who You Are


• Studying or recently graduated in Fashion, Fashion Media, Fashion Marketing, Communications, Content Creation, or similar


• Genuinely passionate about fashion, content creation, and social media


• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual balance


• Able to adapt content to a brand's tone and style


• TikTok-native mindset — you understand what works and why


• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working within a team

Technical & Platform Skills


• Strong understanding of TikTok (formats, trends, hooks, platform behavior)


• Video editing using CapCut


• Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom)


• Instagram in-app editing tools


• Canva


• Comfortable reviewing basic performance metrics and learning from them

Languages & Location


• Fluent English required (interviews will be held in English)


• Any additional language is a plus


• Must be based in Europe


• Rome, Milan, or Paris preferred
