The Information Technology (IT Specialist) is responsible for providing support to users of desktop computers and associated peripherals. This will include installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role will also involve maintaining inventory of all equipment and software, as well as keeping up to date with latest technology trends. Good customer service skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to work independently. This position is based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems and software. 
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location. 
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software. Train users to use new or modified equipment and software programs. 
• Read technical manuals, confer with users and conduct research to solve problems as they arise. 
• May also refer major hardware or software problems to vendors or technicians for further resolution. 
• Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Knowledge: 

• To provide technical support for computer systems and users. 
• To install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. 
• To maintain network infrastructure and ensure its proper functioning. 
• To resolve technical issues arising out of computer usage. 
• To protect user data and system security by implementing various measures. 

Experience Preferred: 

• 2+ years of experience in IT technical support and customer support. 
• Experience in support with Microsoft Office365 (M365) applications. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience on a military/government site, working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred. 

Education Required:  

• High school diploma or equivalency and at least one IT related certification. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements.  
• Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. 
• May require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs. 

Other Special Qualifications:   

• Valid Passport from country of record with at least 18 months before expiration date. Must maintain a current passport during your stay in Israel.  
• Ability to obtain and maintain a required security clearance. Applicants with current clearances are preferred.   
• Must be able to relocate to Israel for the duration of the project. 
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate. 

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
