We were one of the first international law firms to open offices in Italy – Rome in 1993 and Milan in 1994. We know the Italian market very well and have long experience of cross-border deals.

Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Financial Regulation team, where you will support clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory matters. Our team is involved in many of the most innovative and high-profile deals in Italy, and we are trusted advisers to the corporations and financial institutions shaping global markets.

At Clifford Chance, you will collaborate with some of the most respected professionals in the Italian legal market and engage daily with leading legal experts across our global network. Our international presence and the deep expertise of our lawyers provide a unique perspective on global macro-trends—insights that are highly valued by major clients and leading media outlets worldwide.

Qualifications

  • You are ideally a recent graduate or graduate and enrolled on a Master's course, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • You are interested in starting your career in the Financial Regulatory sector and, for this reason, you have excavated the subject during your studies thanks to in-depth study, internship / campus / summer school experience etc.
  • You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
