Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Senior Controller dedicated to activities related to DG subsidiaries and branches.

Within the Administration, Finance & Control Division, the selected candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring business and financial indicators across various subsidiaries and providing the Group Planning&Control Director with in-depth analyses and reports on their performance to identify potential corrective actions.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Constantly and accurately monitor and analyse, in close collaboration with Finance and Functional representatives, as well as General Managers/Presidents of the regions:

    • Revenue trends of the branches against sales targets.
    • Profitability verification and identification of variances from Budget, Forecast, and previous year.
    • Cost monitoring in relation to Budget, Forecast, and actuals from the previous year, with the definition of efficiency targets for expenditures.
    • Ensure the correct allocation of costs in the income statement to guarantee reliability, accuracy, and consistency with Group criteria.

Support Management in:

    • Defining standard dashboards/reports for the periodic monitoring of branch performance.
    • Financial and economic analysis of investment proposals related to the expansion of the sales network.

Requirements

  • Economy Degree;
  • Professional proficiency (C1) in English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Corporate roles within International Groups;
  • Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik;
  • Willingness to travel
