Per importante Cliente in ambito Telecomunicazioni, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di IT Operations/IT4IT Specialist che abbia competenze approfondite su tutta la suite ServiceNow, con capacità sia funzionali (raccolta requisiti, disegno di soluzioni, coordinamento) che operative (configurazione e sviluppo).

Il ruolo prevede:

Demand Management & Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

  • Modellazione e gestione di richieste (Demand)
  • Creazione di progetti, milestones, risorse e budget
  • Tracciamento costi, avanzamento e carichi di lavoro

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

  • Configurazione del ciclo di vita per asset hardware/software
  • Integrazione con discovery e sistemi di inventory esterni
  • Definizione e automazione delle regole di compliance

Contract Management

  • Implementazione di modelli di contratto Gestione scadenze, rinnovi e notifiche
  • automatizzate
  • Integrazione con sistemi di procurement e portali fornitori

Incident & Request Management

  • Definizione e personalizzazione di flussi ITSM
  • Configurazione di SLA, assegnazioni dinamiche e escalation

Richiesta almeno una delle seguenti Certificazioni:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – PPM
  • Certificazione ITIL v4 Foundation
  • ServiceNow Application Developer (molto apprezzata)
  • Certificazioni aggiuntive ServiceNow (Flow Designer, CMDB, Knowledge – plus)
