The role is remote. We are seeking candidates located in LATAM.

We are looking for a skilled Mid Full Stack .NET Engineer to join our team and help build modern, scalable web applications. You will be working across both front-end and back-end technologies, leveraging your expertise in both .NET Framework and .NET Core, as well as Angular and React. You will also play a key role in ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Agile best practices, while actively exploring the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to accelerate development and improve productivity. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks. 
  • Work across the full stack to implement features and improve performance and usability. 
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready code that minimizes the need for dedicated QA validation. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on automated testing and quality assurance practices. 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
  • Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions. 
  • Leverage Generative AI tools and practices to enhance development workflows and reduce time-to-market. 
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices. 


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development. 
  • Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core. 
  • Solid experience with Angular and React. 
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards, with a preferable understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC). 
  • Experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL Server. 
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams. 
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures. 
  • Strong background in writing unit tests, integration tests, and ensuring code quality without relying heavily on QA teams. 
  • Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. 
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills. 
  • Active experience using Generative AI (GenAI) tools and practices to enhance development efficiency. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
