We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our small, but dedicated team in Rome In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence in the region by helping clients digitize and optimize their workflows using our innovative SaaS solution. Who You Are
You bring strong interpersonal skills, and you're someone who is confident, curious, and eager to learn. Ideally, you have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or the tech sector. You're organized, proactive, and capable of working independently, while still valuing collaboration and support from your team. As your main clients will be the Building Owners, we expect you to have experience or knowledge from this segment. Last but not least, you are native or fluent in Italian and English, as this role combines working closely with local clients, and international colleagues.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to new potential customers in the Italian market.
- Present and promote Dalux's digital solutions to key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting to deal closing.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Represent Dalux at industry events, meetings, and trade shows.
- Contribute to building a local sales strategy alongside the regional team.
