Minor Hotels Europe & Americas è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in Stage extracurriculare nel team Guest Relations del Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel.


La persona selezionata supporterà il team e si occuperà di:



• Rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, esigenza e desiderio degli ospiti, garantendo che le loro richieste siano soddisfatte.

• Rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti e anticipare quelle non dichiarate.

• Ascoltare attivamente e risolvere i reclami degli ospiti.

• Supervisionare e coordinare tutti gli arrivi e le partenze di ospiti speciali (VIP, SA ecc.).

• Coordinare e gestire la comunicazione tra gli ospiti e il personale.

• Promuovere tutti i servizi interni ed esterni all'hotel.


Il candidato ideale desidera lavorare in una realtà dinamica ed innovativa.

È dotato di:

  • Capacità organizzative e precisione;
  • Propensione al lavoro di gruppo, spiccato orientamento al cliente, entusiasmo, flessibilità.
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese.

Durata stage: 6 mesi

Indennità di tirocinio: € 500

Buoni pasto: € 7,50
