Job Description
The next General Manager leading all aspects of the business unit with full P&L responsibility, driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation in electronic automated machines markets. This role fosters a positive, collaborative culture; champions employee engagement and talent management; and ensures strict compliance with Italian laws and company policies.

The GM develops and inspires the management team, expands global market presence, and positions the Company as the preferred partner for customers.

He/She will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day to day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, manage, and support the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor financial performance and allocate resources effectively.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.
  • Report directly to the board of directors and provide regular updates on progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful General Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • A proven track record of leadership in the electronics, Hi-Tec machines or semiconductor business
  • Strong strategic planning and decision making skills.
  • Experience in managing cross functional teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operational and financial management.
  • Excellent communication in English and stakeholder management abilities.
