Da Luxe Talent, società di consulenza internazionale specializzata in reclutamento, selezione e formazione, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di un Expansion Manager Italia per uno dei nostri clienti. Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.

Responsabilità del/la Expansion Manager:

  • Ricerca e identificazione di nuove location idonee per future aperture.
  • Revisione, monitoraggio e negoziazione dei contratti di locazione per immobili esistenti e nuovi.
  • Elaborazione di analisi dettagliate e pertinenti sulle diverse location.
  • Sviluppo e mantenimento di solide relazioni con agenti immobiliari, operatori di centri commerciali, locatori e proprietari.
  • Collaborazione diretta con il CEO e il Country Manager nello sviluppo della strategia di espansione in Italia.

Requisiti:

  • Pluriennale esperienza professionale nell'acquisizione e negoziazione di locali commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore retail moda.
  • Conoscenza approfondita del mercato immobiliare e rete di contatti consolidata in Italia.
  • Ottima conoscenza della normativa locale in materia di locazioni.
  • Livello professionale di inglese.
  • Elevata disponibilità a viaggiare (50% del tempo) e patente di guida in corso di validità.
